We use a variety of materials from our previous and current collections.

All orders that are currently in stock will be dispatched within 3 working days.

For made to order items there will be a lead time of 2-3 weeks. However, if you need your garment/s by a certain date just drop us an email before you place the order to see whether it is possible.

All orders and emails sent on the weekend will be shipped/responded to the following business day.

Returns will only be accepted on unworn garments that are returned within 14 days of delivery. All garments must be returned as received with original packaging.

It is best to carefully wipe away any dirt or stains on your scrunchie using a wet cloth and mild detergent.
