All orders that are currently in stock will be dispatched within 3 working days.
For made to order items there will be a lead time of 2-3 weeks however if you need your garment/s by a certain date just drop us an email before you place the order to see whether it is possible.
Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 6pm.
All orders and emails sent on the weekend will be shipped/responded to the following business day.
Final Postal Dates for Christmas Delivery (2022)
If you are gifting a loved one, or yourself, something from Kaely Russell this festive season, we have noted our suggested final order dates below.
Please note: there are ongoing Royal Mail strikes through November and December. We recommend ordering from us as soon as possible. We will be following the Royal Mail postal date guidelines but cannot be held responsible if the arrival of any items is delayed.
Please place your order by 12pm.

Christmas returns: following the festive period we are extending our usual item return time allowance from 2 weeks to 4 weeks, giving you until January 31st to return any items that aren't quite right. Please read our 'Returns' section below for further information.
We send everything by Royal Mail 1st class.
Flat rate £4.50 on all orders under £150
Free UK shipping on orders over £150
Outside the UK:
Flat rate of £14 on orders under £300
Free worldwide shipping on orders over £300
Returns will only be accepted on unworn garments that are returned within 14 days of delivery. All garments must be returned as received with original packaging.
We can not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in the mail. We would recommend using recorded delivery.

Please be aware that due to international custom laws international orders may incur additional charges. The buyer is responsible for any charges applied to the package at customs. Should the buyer refuse to pay any custom duties and tax, it is then the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the goods are shipped back to us in order to receive a refund. Returns are processed once the goods reach us.
Delivery costs are non-refundable on any international returns. The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the buyer.
Any information that we hold on you is in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will not pass your details to any other business.
